A line of 3.3-V clock oscillators and voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXOs) boasts frequency ratings up to 800 MHz. The complementary output characteristics of these oscillators yield superior common-mode noise rejection, making them ideal for optical carrier and Gigabit Ethernet applications. The UVCJ series clock oscillator and the UVVJ series VCXO are available with LVPECL or low-voltage differential signaling output in a 5- by 7-mm ceramic package. Both offer 1-psRMS typical jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz up to 800 MHz. They provide thermal stability to ±20 ppm from −40°C to 85°C. Pricing for the UVCJ and UVVJ series at 622.08 MHz is $45.79 in 1000-unit quantities.
