Aimed at cost-sensitive through-hole applications in telecommunications equipment, the TISP4xxxLM series overvoltage protectors in TO-92 packages are available in voltage ratings from 70V to 400V. Each current rating, 100A, 50A and 35A, is available in up to 17 different voltage ratings. The series provides symmetrical, bi-directional protection and promise low capacitance values, high holding currents, and low off-state currents. A DO-214 AA package is also available with the same performance specifications. Price ranges from $0.35 to $0.45 each/2,000.
