Utilizing a CAD/CAM drawing system, flat metal blanks are converted into complex cylindrical, rectangular, square, or multi-faceted shells. The 3-dimensional shells are finished on-site, with services that include matching, heat treating, plating and welding. The company's in-house tooling, with up to 220-ton capacity, yields draws up to 3'' deep and 8'' in diameter with material thickness of .005'' to 0.125''. Draw materials include copper, brass, beryllium copper, nickel silver, aluminum, stainless steel, low and high carbon steel sheet, low alloy steel, monel, inconnel, and others.
