Used in both defense and commercial aircraft, the hermetically-sealed, high-performance DS13 Series subminiature solid-state relay is said to provide quick response times. Design features include photovoltaic optical isolation and power MOSFET output, providing extremely low on-resistance with an output rating of 2A at 60 vdc. TTL and CMOS compatible input circuitry requires only 15 mA of input drive current.Standard options include integral overload and short circuit protection and input status feedback. Packaging employs a low-profile ceramic DIP enclosure measuring 0.395" x 0.560" x 0.155" (H). Pin configurations are available in surface-mount or through-hole styles. The solid-state relay is qualified to DESC drawing 90091.
