Targeting compact OEM designs, the TSEV01P, digital, infrared temperature sensor comes in a TO metal can measuring 8.5mm x 15.6mm x 4.7mm. A MEMS-based component, the sensor specifies a resolution of 0.01°C, an accuracy of ±0.5°C from 10°C to 40°C, and an ambient temperature range from 0°C to +85°C. For data transmission, it integrates an I2C bus. Target applications include mobile phones, PDAs, battery-powered (non-medical) thermometers, toys, and a myriad of industrial devices.
