With frequencies ranging from 7 to 250 MHz and including SONET (155.52 MHz), SEL 3400 ECL/PECL crystal clock oscillator is highly stable and well-suited for high-resolution graphics, workstations, imaging and telecommunications applications. The oscillators are available in 5V, -5.2V and 3.3V PECL supply voltages. The 3.3V complementary version is compatible with LVDS circuits. The devices are compliant with Motorola 10KH, 10KE and 100LVE logic families. And their output can be disabled or connected in a wired-OR configuration for combining multiple clocks. Open emitter outputs let users select load termination to optimize performance. Packages are standard DIL 0.2” through-hole or gull-wing SMT.
