Measuring 9 x 9 x 7 mm and weighing 0.8 grams, the COT-01A audio transducer is well-suited for limited space designs on PCBs. Sound output is 90 dB at 10 cm at 2.7 kHz and 3.2 kHz. The side sound port lets designers orient the device in many different ways. Its proprietary design includes four contacts for added stability in automatic mounting processes and is ISO 9001-certified. Wireless applications include cell phones and pagers, medical and consumer electronics.
