Available at frequencies from 2.5 MHz to 67 MHz with stabilities as low as ±30 ppm, CC532 oscillators are claimed to be the smallest oscillators on the market. The devices measure 5 mm x 3.2 mm x 1 mm. A low input voltage specification of 3V is offered as a standard feature; a 5V version also is offered. Tristate on pin 1 for automatic testing is also offered as standard. Rise and fall times are specified as 10 ns max.The oscillators operate with CMOS loading up to 15 pF. They can withstand peak temperatures of 240°C ±5°C for 10 seconds maximum in reflow soldering operations. They're shipped on tape-and-reel with full test data.
