Housed in a low-profile, 3-mm, 8-pin SOP package, PS7241 solid-state relays (SSRs) come in three configurations of two Form A relays, two Form B relays, and one Form A and one Form A relay. Designed for pulse dial, caller ID, and on/off hook signal control applications, the relays meet the requirements of PCMCIA card designs. They operate at up to 80°C, breakdown voltage is 400V, on-resistance is 19 ohms, continuous load is 120 mA, and power dissipation is 180 mW.
