The filters meet UL 94 HF-1 flammability resistance requirements. To meet the challenge of developing a unit less than 1/4" thick compared to standard-size units that are 1/2" thick or more, specialized Quadafoam filter media is used in thin-framed filter assemblies or as cut-to-size pads.
