Capable of being used for wireless data transmission, Ap800 robust, high-speed miniature printers have receivers that let the printers receive signals over a varying distance-the signals are translated and used to produce hard copy at high speed. The number of printable columns are software selectable and the printer has a full IBM character set with a choice of thermal or impact print mechanisms. Use of a battery pack supports portable and remote printing for applications such as test and instrumentation, data logging, telemetry and in-vehicle applications.
