The AV series pushbutton switches provide a high degree of security by being able to withstand both harsh environments and deliberate punishment as might be expected in unsupervised locations. Designed to prevent insertion of foreign objects between the actuator and switch body, the switches also pass testing that consists of hammer blows to their actuators. Mechanical features include flat or curved actuators and bezels that mount in 16-, 19- or 22-mm diameter holes. Single- and double-pole models are available with either momentary or alternate action in single- or double-throw configurations. Ratings range from 6A at 120 vac to 7A at 30 vdc.
