Operating from 827 MHz to 840 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.2 to 4.7 V, the CVCO55CC-0827-0840 VCO features a typical phase noise of –124 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and excellent linearity. The device is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5” by 0.5” SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0 V, with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are only 0.05 MHz and o.o5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is –18 dBc typical. The CVCO55CC-0827-0840 is well suited for applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
