The company's high-impedance, multi-turn RFI ferrite incorporates a unique multi-hole design that allows multiple passes of the same cable in a snake-like manner. Increasing the effective magnetic length seen by the circuit, it is claimed, yields a significant gain in impedance at a rate equal to the number of turns squared. This also depends on the cable load and frequency involved. High frequency interference is absorbed by the ferrite core while lower frequency data signals pass unimpeded. Three styles accommodate two or three cable loops up to 0.365" diameter each or multiple cables may be inserted for a completely utilized package bundle.
