Developed to meet the increasing demand for low-power TRIACs and housed in dual in-line packages (DIPs), these three- and four-array TRIACs are available with blocking-voltage capabilities of 400V, 600V or 700V and with an on-state current of 0.8ARMS. Designated as AY08A3, 4, 8, 12, or 14, depending on circuit rating, the devices in the series support ultra-high sensitivity gate-trigger currents down to 5 mA. Pricing is from $0.75 to $1.47 each/1000. Sampling for the devices is available from stock and production quantities are delivered within eight weeks.
