With typical capacitance of 8 pF, the LCDA12C-1 transient voltage suppression diode array replaces up to four discrete components such as Zeners, switching diodes and multilayer varistors. The devices offer efficient protection against electrostatic discharge for high-speed data lines and interfaces used in portable electronics such as cell phones and PDAs. The arrays come in a 2.8 mm x 1.2 mm SOT-143 package and protect one line pair in metallic (line-to-line) mode or can be configured to protect a single line in common (line-to-ground) mode. The 12V arrays protect CMOS ICs from ESD currents up to 20A and dissipate pulses up to 400W.
