Three thermoelectric SuperCooler cooling systems are designed to cool CPUs such as Intel's Pentium, AMD K7, and many other high-speed CPUs. These coolers have small footprints with cooling powers up to 40W. The TE cooling module combines a heat sink and ball-bearing fan to cool CPUs down to 30°C. The TE cooling module is a semiconductor heat pump with an MTBF of more than 200,000 hours. With a moderate amount of dc current it pumps heat away from the CPU to the heatsink.
