Combining a long life span in harsh environments with smooth actuation, the MCS18 ES and MCS22 ES stainless-steel switches are resistant to impact as per IK07, according to EN 60529. Momentary actuation requires a minimal force of 2.8N and a medium travel of 1.7 mm. Both the switch actuator and housing have a built-in mechanical end-stop to protect the contact element under stress.
