The D412F series surface-mount fixed inductors have a low profile of 1.2 mm maximum and a 4.6- by 4.6-mm footprint. Available in inductance values from 2.2 to 47.0 µH, they have a maximum direct current rating of 1.33 A at 2.2 µH. These reflow-solderable parts operate from 0.1 to 1 MHz and suit a variety of dc-dc converter applications in cellular phones, PDAs, and consumer audio/video equipment. They're packaged on tape-and-reel with 2000 pieces/reel. The D412F inductors cost $1.50 each in 1000-unit quantities. Discount pricing is available for high-volume orders.
