    With first parallel resonant frequencies exceeding 35 GHz for values of 0.1 to 2.2 pF and exceeding 20 GHz for values up to 10 pF, ATC 500 Series capacitors come in rugged, surface-mount ceramic packages with stable NPO temperature characteristics and are laser marked with values. Applications are broadband dc blocking/RF coupling, or use as a filter element or impedance matching element.
