ENCLOSURE SELECTION- Simplifying enclosure specification and selection for all users of electrical and electronic enclosures is the goal of a new software tool called HELPS, a CD-ROM offering intuitive point-and-click convenience for selecting enclosure styles, sizes, materials, finishes and accessories. Designed for use on a standard PC operating under Windows 95, the program has five options to simplify the enclosure specification process: browse, search, select, configure modular enclosures, and order. The company is planning to arm its network of sales offices and 1400 distributors throughout North America with the software to better assist its customers.
