    Milwaukee, WI-Dedicated exclusively to the design and manufacture of enclosures, backplanes and related electronics packaging products and systems for the telecomm, networking and commercial, industrial and military electronics markets, newly formed APW Electronic Solutions Inc. is comprised of two former business units of VERO Group PLC: VERO Electronics, Inc. and VERO's Circuit Board Division in the UK. It also includes what was formerly Electronic Solutions. The newly-formed organization will operate as a business unit of APW Enclosure Systems.
