Many new features designed to increase speed have been added to the Pan-Quik LS3E handheld printer, the enhanced version of firm's LS3 printer. Enhancements include: automatic recall of last label entered, which eliminates the need to re-enter information after shutoff or battery-pack recharging; file storage memory for saving and retrieval of files for frequently used labels; and express formatting, which enables users to set all print characteristics at one time. An optional ac adapter offers an alternative to battery power. The printer offers additional large letter-quality fonts; a new large letter-quality rotated printing option is designed for use with self-laminating cables markers. Several new labels, including terminal block labels, asset labels and quality labels, have also been added.
