Touted as the world's smallest voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO), the VF194/VF294 is a tri-state hybrid device housed in a 6-pin leadless ceramic chip carrier (LCC). The HCMOS/TTL-compatible device operates at frequencies from 1.5 MHz to 160 MHz and is particularly aimed at xDSL, SONET/SDH, digital video, HDTV, cellular base station, ISDN, and wireless LAN applications. The device offers ±25 ppm stability with ±100 ppm pullability. There are 5 V and 3.3V versions.
