A line of surface-mount voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXOs) is available for a broad range of frequency control applications. The VC3XXX series are tristate versions, while the VC2XXX series comprises non-tristate oscillators. The devices are offered in a frequency range of 1.5 MHz to 60 MHz. Frequency stability over the full operating temperature range (zero to 70°C standard with up to -40°C to 85°C optional) ranges from ±15 ppm to ±100 ppm. Pullability is from 25 ppm to 300 ppm and input voltage can be either 5V or 3.3V, ±5%.The oscillators are packaged in leadless, surface-mount four- or six-pad packages.
