A maximum on-resistance of 18 ohms (10 ohms typical) is featured in the G2-DA06, a dual Form A solid-state relay that can be surface-mounted. The unit can handle a continuous load current of 180 mA and peak load voltages of 250V. Input-to-output isolation is rated at 3750VRMS. With a maximum height of 0.087", the relay is well suited for modem and network card applications. Other features of the SSR include major safety-agency approvals, an absence of EMI/RFI generation, arc-free switching, and no contact bounce. It’s also offered in a through-hole package.
