The Model A-105d flush-diaphragm, miniature pressure transducer delivers a high-level, internally amplified 0 to 5 vdc, 0 to 10 vdc or 4 to 20 mA output. It has an integral voltage regulator and accepts an excitation of 1 to 6 vdc or 1 to 11 vdc. The flush diaphragm is welded and measures 0.355" in diameter. The design creates zero dead volume that helps make the device well-suited for operations that involve the robotic spraying or applications of paints or other media that can clog conventional pressure ports. The transducer is fully welded from 17-4PH stainless-steel and is hermetically sealed for harsh or corrosive environments. Range sensitivity is 0 to 15 psig, yet the device can handle 0 to 15,000 psig. The transducer has a 7/16-20 UNF thread design and an operating temperature range of -65°F to 300°F.
