The 19" Primus modular chassis system is said to offer substantial cost and time savings to users in virtually all applications. Even basic versions meet stringent EMI/RFI specifications and are shock-proof in accordance with MIL-STD-810E. Specific cooling options ensure adequate ventilation while maintaining shielding. The system includes enclosures, backplanes, power supplies, thermal management, cabling and shielding. A reduction in the number of components and the firm’s patented "push-fit" connection system makes the chassis system easy and quick to assemble. Standard, retrofittable components are available to meet changing and increasing shielding requirements.
