Housed in a SOIC-8 surface-mount package with nominal impedance of 50 ohms, Model IS-9220 is a single-pole, double-throw switch that also features typical insertion loss of 1 dB at 1000 MHz and 1.4 dB at 2000 MHz. Input power is 36 dBm typical at 1 dB compression. The broadband switch is suited for many general-purpose applications and operates from -35°C to 85°C. Supply voltage required is 5V and operating control current is 200 µA.
