Providing up to 10,000 scans per second, Model AV3700 modular CCD camera ensures the highest possible read rate even if bar code labels are dirty or damaged. Profiling software makes it possible to read six sides of a parcel using just five cameras, making high-speed CCD tunnels an affordable configuration for parcel sorting, retail/wholesale distribution, mail order distribution and parcel OCR reading. The AV3700 can read linear and 2D symbols omnidirectionally at conveyor speeds up to 600 fpm. The PC-based decoder runs under Windows NT 4.0, and the open architecture system can communicate via Ethernet or any NT-compatible LAN. The camera assembly weighs 35 lbs. and is easily mounted in over-the-belt, side- and bottom-read orientations.AT THE SITE: product photos and descriptions.
