This broad array of crystal-based oscillators is directed at wireless applications. The XO5080 OCXO family is available for frequencies between 10 and 125 MHz using AT-cut or SC-cut resonator technology with respective stability of ±0.07 and ±0.02 ppm or better over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The XO5040 double oven crystal oscillator (DOCXO) is an alternative to a rubidium oscillator for CDMA base stations with performance of ±0.2 ppb from 0°C to 70°C and aging of ±0.5 ppm over 10 years.
