The Intelligent series zero-crossing, solid-state relays integrate a number of essential features such as semiconductor fuses and automatic shutdown on over-temperature conditions. These devices are field upgradeable with future options that will include over- or under-voltage sensing, special inputs such as 20 to 40 mA or 0 to 10V, current sensing, lack-of-signal output sensing, and an asynchronous serial interface.
The relay is DIN-rail or panel mountable. Other features include an integrated heatsink, optical isolation, touch-safe packaging, and UL, CSA and CE approval. The device is available with 50-, 75- and 100A ratings with 48 to 660-vac outputs.
