Featuring the firm's microfused, micromachined silicon strain-gage technology, the MSP 600 pressure transducer is well suited for high-performance, cost-sensitive applications in the areas of: heating, ventilating and air conditioning; industrial control, including pumps, compressors , hydraulics and pneumatics; and transportation. The transducer's sensing diaphragm and pressure port are fabricated from a single piece of stainless steel, and an ASIC is used for signal conditioning, amplification and compensation.
Containing no "O" rings, welds, or oil-filled cavities, the device is reported as 100% leak-proof and impervious to most hostile media. The 1% of full scale output total error band, which includes combined linearity, hysteresis and repeatability over the -20°C to +85°C operating temperature range, is available in the 0-75 psi to 0-10,000 psi models. Price: $60.00 each/1000, depending upon electrical output.
