Designed for telecom applications, the Type RJS fuse complies with short-circuit and sustained-overload requirements of UL 1495 and UL 1950. The device can also withstand lightning surges as specified in FCC 47 Part 68 and Bellcore GR-NWT-1089, is certified by CSA, and conforms to CE requirements.
Maximum fault current is less than or equal to 60A at 600V. Measuring 19.5 mm x 4.6 mm, the fuse features pre-formed radial leads in either 10-mm or 2.8-mm lengths. Current ratings range from 100 mA to 5A at 600V. Opening times range from four hours minimum at 100% to 300 ms maximum at 1,000% at an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Pricing is less than $0.10 each/10,000 with delivery from eight to 12 weeks.
