The KPI series of bridge rectifier features a 1,200A surge rating and is available in ratings ranging from 50 to 1,200 PRV and from 50A to 60A. Another important new feature of the new power devices is the incorporation of an integral metal heatsink in the case and a center through-hole, both of which permits chassis or heatsink mounting. Other features include a very low reverse leakage, quick-connecting terminals, and a 2, 500V dielectric rating. Pricing for a 50A, 400V device is $6.36 and a 60A, 900V version is $7.95. Delivery is from stock, and free test samples are currently available.
