Designed to help keep Intel Willamette processors from overheating, the TS-12088-AA combination heatsink and fan is claimed to be the most powerful CPU cooler on the market--the powerful Willamette processors can hit speeds as high as 1.5 GHz, thus generating considerable heat.
This new member of the Super-CPU-Sink series employs a 12 Vdc, high-speed 24-cfm fan operating at 5,000 rpm. The ball bearing fan sits on top of an extruded aluminum heatsink that has been designed to maximize surface area. The heatsink is available with factory applied interface material of the customer's choice, as well as with an easy-to-install attachment clip.
