Housed in a hermetically-sealed, 7 x 5 mm ceramic package, the TT/VT3000 line of ultra-miniature, low-profile SMT voltage-controlled, temperature-compensated oscillator satisfies a wide range of applications, including telecomm, wireless, networking, cellular, utility and others requiring a stable frequency.
The series has a seated height of only 2.0 mm and covers a range of frequencies from 12 to 20 MHz. The output of the device is a clipped sine wave and the integral voltage control features permit phase locking to a stable reference. Operating temperature is from -40°C to +85°C. Pricing is $4.98 each/10,000.
