Available in frequencies between 19.440 and 155.520 MHz, the M4R and M5R series of 5V and 3.3V oscillators are suited for use in Gigabit Ethernet, xDSL, Stratum IV, SONET/SDH, and other PECL clocking applications. The devices use overtone to generate the output frequency, providing low jitter specs. Jitter of 10 ps is typical. Both devices are offered in a 9 mm x 14 mm J-lead ceramic package and provide single or dual complementary PECL compatible outputs.
