Introduced as the RF market's first affordable microwave relay in a subminiature footprint, the MW6 offers 6-GHz performance at a price of $50 to $60 each in volume quantities. The high-frequency relay has a 0.108 in.2 footprint, stands just 0.28" high, and offers signal isolation of 18 dB at 6 GHz, an insertion loss of 0.38 dB, and a VSWR of 1.3:1. This compact, 6-GHz relay is available with coil-input voltages of 5, 12, 18 and 26.5 Vdc. Targeted applications include precision test equipment, communications systems, and other high-frequency applications.
