Two patch panels have been added to the MINI-COM line: a 32-port patch panel that occupies only one rack space and a 24-port recessed model that also occupies one rack space unit. The recessed panel is suitable for use in cabinets employing doors, since the 3" recessed design provides the extra clearance needed for patch cords and acceptable bend radius control. Both patch panels feature front-removable snap-in faceplates, allowing easy front access to modules and simplified color coding. The panels mount to standard EIA 19" racks and accessory extender brackets are available for use with 23" racks. The panels are available in a variety of port configurations with optional labeling. Labeled panels follow TIA/EIA-606 labeling standards. PANDUIT CORP, Tinley Park, IL. (866) 405-6654.
