Targeting handheld and wireless systems, the GBLC series high frequency, transient voltage suppressor (TVS) is available in both uni- and bi-directional configurations with voltage ratings from 3.3V to 15V. The series is rated for 350W of peak-pulse power and comes in a SOD-323 plastic case. Other features include low capacitance and compliance with IEC 61000-4-2 for ESD and IEC 61000-4-4 for EFT. Sample quantities are available upon request and pricing is $0.44 each/3,000. SPICE models and parameters are also available for circuit emulators.
