Designed for low-pressure applications, the Model 82 pressure sensor uses silicone oil to transfer pressure from its 316L stainless-steel diaphragm to the sensing element. In a 19-mm package, the sensor features a ceramic substrate containing laser-trimmed resistors for temperature compensation and offset correction. An additional laser-trimmed resistor is included than can be used to adjust an external differential amplifier and provide span interchangeability to within ±1%. Operating temperature range is from -20ûC to 85ûC. IC SENSORS, Milpitas, CA. (408) 955-1200.
