Suited for use in telecomm, instrumentation and industrial control systems, The PVT412A Series microelectronic relays (MERs) have two times more load current capability at ±400V off-state blocking with less than one-quarter on-resistance than previous MERs. The new electronic relays are said to provide significant gains in operational life and reliability compared to electromechanical relays, with smaller size and higher sensitivity.
