Zeroing in on high-density wireless and optical equipment, the surface-mount G-Series clock oscillators measure 5 mm x 3.2 mm x 1.3 mm and generate user-selectable output frequencies from 0.5 MHz to 135 MHz. The oscillators are compatible with HCMOS logic and provide a waveform symmetry of 45/55 or better. Waveform rise and fall times at 135 MHz are 4 ns and maximum jitter is 8 psRMS. Operating voltage is 3.3 Vdc with a power consumption of 7 mA at 10 MHz and up to 40 mA at 135 MHz. The components are available in frequency stability grades of ±25, ±50, and ±100 ppm with long-term aging typically less than ±1 ppm/year First year drift of the green oscillator is ±3 ppm. Available for 0°C to 70°C operation or -40°C to +85°C, the oscillators can also be supplied for 5V operation. Pricing is from $1.80 each in OEM quantity. MF ELECTRONICS CORP., New Rochelle, NY.
