Offered in a two-pad surface-mount package, the MH2 series crystals measure 8.2 x 4.5 mm with a total height of 1.8 mm. The devices are available in fundamental frequencies from 8 to 48 MHz and third overtone frequencies from 40 to 70 MHz. Frequency stabilities are ±15, ±30, or ±50 ppm over an operating temperature range from -10°C to 70°C. The crystals exhibit a shunt capacitance of 7 pF, a typical load capacitance of 8 to 32 pF, and a series aging of ±3 ppm per year. Depending on frequency, drive levels range from 0.1 to 0.5 mW and ESR specs are 80 ohms maximum from 8 to 10 MHz, 60 ohms maximum from 10.01 to 12 MHz, and 50 ohms maximum from 40 to 70 MHz.
