With actuator travel differentials of 0.002" and mechanical endurance of more than one million cycles, the GP series precision snap-action switches are suited for heavy-duty commercial and industrial applications, such as factory automation, industrial vehicles and elevators. The series employs a titanium copper alloy spring and gold-over-silver contacts to attain long-life switching under a wide variety of loads. Maximum switching current is 15A at 125 or 250 Vac. Housed in a phenolic case, the switches measure about 1.9"L x 0.9"H x 0.7"W and are available in 13 different standard actuator styles, including nickel-plated steel levers, rollers and buttons. Brass screw terminals and copper alloy solder terminals are standard. Temperature rating is -20°C to +85°C. Initial contact resistance is 0.015W maximum.
