Introduced as the industry's smallest HCMOS voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXOs), the V71 family comes in a surface-mount package measuring just 3.2 mm x 5 mm x 1.2 mm. The VCXOs are available with operating voltages of 3.3V or 5V with a minimum pull range of ±100 ppm. Frequency range is from 2 to 52 MHz and stabilities are ±50 ppm and ±100 ppm. Other features include a jitter figure of less than 1 psRMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz, an enable/disable function, and an operating temperature range from -10°C to 70°C.
