Connectors Enter HDMI Mart

Designed for high definition multimedia interface (HDMI) applications, the DC1 series connectors meet HDMI specs for handling high bandwidth, uncompressed video, and multi-channel digital signals in one cable. The 19-pin receptacles include both through-hole and surface-mount connectors, with or without a flange for chassis mounting. Cable assemblies are available in standard lengths of 2m and 3m. Cables come in both HDMI-to-HDMI for true digital connectivity and HDMI-to-DVI configurations to accommodate equipment still using DVI. Unlike comparable I/O components, the DC1 series connector sits flush within the unit and has springs on the side and bottom for grounding and mating retention.
