Targeting low-cost, high-volume markets, the CFPT-125 7 mm x 5 mm, surface-mount temperature compensated voltage controlled crystal oscillators (TCVCXOs) withstand a peak reflow soldering temperature of 260°C for 10s, making them compatible with lead-free soldering processes. They exhibit a standard frequency stability of ±0.9 ppm over a temperature range from -20°C to +70°C. Operating from a 3.3V supply, the components deliver an HCMOS output while consuming 3 mA typical.
