Rugged, safe, and user friendly describe the PRTemp1000IS recorder that monitors and records pressure and temperature at user programmable intervals. The unit is Factory Mutual certified as safe for Class I, Division 1, groups A, B, C and D and non-incentive for Class I, Division 2, groups A, B, C, and D applications. An internal temperature sensor provides measurements without the need for a separate temperature recorder. The logger can be started to take measurements as often as every two seconds, up to one reading every 12 hours and will store up to 16,383 readings in non-volatile memory. It comes with a stainless steel pressure strain gauge and a common 0.25" NPT fitting, which allows the logger to be adapted to almost any pressure fitting. Standard pressure ranges include 30 PSIA (G), 100 PSIA (G), 300 PSIA (G), 500 PSIA (G), 1,000 PSIA, and 5,000 PSIA. Price is $843.70. HOYT ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENT WORKS, Penacock, NH. (800) 258-3652.
